Executive Summary
Canadian All Care College requires a full new website built as a replacement of current, outdted website. The new website:
- is required to feature a new modern look
- has to show optimal usability and performance
- must be mobile responsive and web-optimized
- needs to ensure up-to-date exposition to organic audiences via search engines
- should deliver quality perfomance in carrying out its core purposes
The new website is expected to become a usuful information hub for the existing alumni as well as a user-friendly and inviting entrance to the new students.
Solution Outline
We recommend considering WordPress CMS for building your new website. WordPress is by far the most popular content management system today. Over one third of of websites in the Internet are built using WordPress. It offers ease of use, flexibility and scalability to satisfy the widest range of business needs for future customization. In other words, the website that we build today will be scalable and may grow with your new business needs in the future. Most hosting providers offer WordPress dedicated servers to ensure that your website is capable of supporting a high volume of traffic while remaining protected from malicious entities.
Site Structure
Your new website will feature the same strurcture and site-map as current website, with the total of 32 web-pages populated with existing content, unless requested otherwise.

Related Ongoing Fees
Please be mindful that any related ongoing fees, which include but are not limited to domain and hosting services, as well as third-party software licencing and fees will be paid for on your end in addition to design and development project fees total.
Website Support, Maintenance & Administration
We are happy to offer Website Support & Maintenance on an annual basis, if you so desire, to keep your site updated and functioning properly via maintaining WordPress and Plugin updates, and minor site updates to copy, small changes to pages, etc. This would be a future add-on outside of the scope of work in this proposal, easy to add at your option.
Support & maintenance service is provided at a $50/hr rate, with possibility to lock in from 1 to 4 hours a week. Possible Support & Maintenance retainer agreements are as follows:
