01 / The Challenge
A precision logistics operation behind a confusing storefront.
Event Rent runs one of Bahrain's premier event furniture and equipment operations, but its digital storefront didn't reflect that operational precision.
The booking journey was fragmented enough that simple rentals required back-and-forth clarification — a direct liability for a business selling frictionless logistics.
02 / Our Architecture
IA and checkout rebuilt for the mechanics of rentals.
BRNDVENTURE led the end-to-end redesign, anchoring the visual system in the existing monochrome palette so product photography carries the interface.
The core work was structural: advanced filtering, a remapped category taxonomy, and a checkout engineered for date-based rentals, delivery windows and live inventory — problems a standard e-commerce checkout pattern does not solve.

Fewer clarifying calls, a shorter path to confirmed booking.
The redesigned journey removed most of the back-and-forth that preceded bookings and shortened browse-to-confirmation.
Event Rent now operates as the more professional, self-serve option in a regional market where competitors still rely on phone-based booking.
